This high-performance forklift VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) is developed for electric forklifts, serving as the core control module to coordinate battery, motor and auxiliary systems. It is equipped with 64KB program memory and 512B data memory, supporting stable operation within 10V–32V wide voltage range. The unit features IP67 waterproof and dustproof housing, suitable for demanding workshop and warehouse working environments with temperature ranging from -40℃ to +85℃.
It provides two CAN 2.0B communication interfaces with overvoltage protection, supporting baud rates from 10Kbps to 1Mbps. Abundant I/O resources include up to 19 input channels and 12 output channels, covering PWM and digital signal control. All outputs support reliable current driving with closed-loop control for precise motion regulation. Adopting standard TE SUPER SEAL connectors, it ensures stable electrical connection against vibration. Supporting program download via CAN interface, this VCU is a reliable master controller for various types of electric forklift platforms.
