We support custom orders starting from 1 unit.We offer custom logos, packaging and multi-color battery housings. However, fees may apply for complex customizations requiring mold development.

Yes. Please provide the drawing or detailed dimension drawing of your battery compartment. Our engineering team will design a fully matched battery solution based on your drawings.

After-sales Service and Warranty

What is covered under the warranty?
This warranty applies to material and workmanship defects under normal use. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, incorrect charging, accidents, natural disasters or unauthorized modifications is excluded.

Yes, we provide technical support via email, phone and video calls. Our experienced team of engineers can efficiently resolve all types of technical issues you encounter.

With proper use and maintenance, our batteries can last 5–8 years or longer.
